A creamy and dreamy dessert combining traditional tiramisu elements with the delightful flavors of Biscoff cookies.
Ingredients

- 250 g mascarpone cheese
- 200 ml heavy cream
- 100 g powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 200 g Biscoff cookies
- 150 ml strong brewed coffee (cooled)
- 3 tbsp Biscoff spread
- Cocoa powder for dusting
Instructions
- Brew your coffee and let it cool.
- Mix the mascarpone and heavy cream in a large mixing bowl until smooth and fluffy.
- Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until combined.
- Prepare the Biscoff spread for dipping.
- Dunk each Biscoff cookie in the cooled coffee.
- Layer the dipped cookies in a serving dish and spread half the creamy mixture on top.
- Repeat the layers with more soaked cookies and remaining cream mixture.
- Chill for at least 240-360 minutes in the fridge.
- Dust with cocoa powder before serving.
Notes
For added flavor, consider folding in a splash of liqueur or layering fresh fruits between cookies.
