Description

A creamy and dreamy dessert combining traditional tiramisu elements with the delightful flavors of Biscoff cookies.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 250 g mascarpone cheese
  • 200 ml heavy cream
  • 100 g powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 200 g Biscoff cookies
  • 150 ml strong brewed coffee (cooled)
  • 3 tbsp Biscoff spread
  • Cocoa powder for dusting

Instructions

  1. Brew your coffee and let it cool.
  2. Mix the mascarpone and heavy cream in a large mixing bowl until smooth and fluffy.
  3. Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until combined.
  4. Prepare the Biscoff spread for dipping.
  5. Dunk each Biscoff cookie in the cooled coffee.
  6. Layer the dipped cookies in a serving dish and spread half the creamy mixture on top.
  7. Repeat the layers with more soaked cookies and remaining cream mixture.
  8. Chill for at least 240-360 minutes in the fridge.
  9. Dust with cocoa powder before serving.

Notes

For added flavor, consider folding in a splash of liqueur or layering fresh fruits between cookies.
