- 8 cups peaches (peeled and sliced)
- ½ cup granulated sugar
- 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- ¼ tsp salt
- ¾ cup light brown sugar (packed)
- ½ cup all-purpose flour
- ½ cup salted butter (room temperature)
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 ¾ cup old-fashioned oats
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Combine the sliced peaches, granulated sugar, flour, cornstarch, ground cinnamon, and salt in a bowl.
- Pour the peach filling into a greased 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Mix light brown sugar, remaining flour, oats, and cinnamon in a separate bowl.
- Add the room-temperature butter and mix until crumbly.
- Sprinkle the topping over the peach mixture.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes until golden brown.
- Cool for 10 minutes before serving.
