Ingredients

  • 8 cups peaches (peeled and sliced)
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ¾ cup light brown sugar (packed)
  • ½ cup all-purpose flour
  • ½ cup salted butter (room temperature)
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 ¾ cup old-fashioned oats

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine the sliced peaches, granulated sugar, flour, cornstarch, ground cinnamon, and salt in a bowl.
  3. Pour the peach filling into a greased 9×13-inch baking dish.
  4. Mix light brown sugar, remaining flour, oats, and cinnamon in a separate bowl.
  5. Add the room-temperature butter and mix until crumbly.
  6. Sprinkle the topping over the peach mixture.
  7. Bake for 35-40 minutes until golden brown.
  8. Cool for 10 minutes before serving.
