- ½ cup granulated sugar
- 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- ¼ tsp salt
- ¾ cup light brown sugar (packed)
- ½ cup all-purpose flour
- ½ cup salted butter (room temperature, 1 stick = 4 oz)
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 ¾ cup old-fashioned oats
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Combine sliced peaches, granulated sugar, 2 tablespoons of flour, cornstarch, ground cinnamon, and salt in a large bowl. Pour the mixture into a greased 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Mix light brown sugar, remaining flour, oats, and cinnamon in a separate bowl. Add room-temperature butter and combine until you achieve coarse crumbs.
- Sprinkle the topping over the peach mixture in the baking dish.
- Bake for about 35-40 minutes, until the topping is golden brown and juices are bubbling.
- Cool for 10 minutes before serving.
