Ingredients

  • 8 cups peaches (peeled and sliced, heaping cupfuls)
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ¾ cup light brown sugar (packed)
  • ½ cup all-purpose flour
  • ½ cup salted butter (room temperature, 1 stick = 4 oz)
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 ¾ cup old-fashioned oats

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine sliced peaches, granulated sugar, 2 tablespoons of flour, cornstarch, ground cinnamon, and salt in a large bowl. Pour the mixture into a greased 9×13-inch baking dish.
  3. Mix light brown sugar, remaining flour, oats, and cinnamon in a separate bowl. Add room-temperature butter and combine until you achieve coarse crumbs.
  4. Sprinkle the topping over the peach mixture in the baking dish.
  5. Bake for about 35-40 minutes, until the topping is golden brown and juices are bubbling.
  6. Cool for 10 minutes before serving.
