Description

Ingredients

  • 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1/2 cup barbecue sauce
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
  • 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Prep your flatbread on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  3. Mix the chicken and barbecue sauce in a medium bowl until well coated.
  4. Assemble the flatbread with the BBQ chicken mixture spread evenly over it.
