- 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded
- 1/2 cup barbecue sauce
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
- 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Prep your flatbread on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Mix the chicken and barbecue sauce in a medium bowl until well coated.
- Assemble the flatbread with the BBQ chicken mixture spread evenly over it.
- Add the shredded cheese evenly over the chicken layer.
- Toss on the sliced red onions across the top.
