A soothing and delicious smoothie blending chamomile tea and ripe bananas, perfect for morning or night.


Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup brewed chamomile tea, cooled
  • 1 large ripe banana
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1/2 cup milk (or your preferred milk alternative)
  • Ice cubes (optional)
  • Dried chamomile leaves (for garnish, optional)

Instructions

  1. Brew your chamomile tea. Bring water to a boil and steep your tea bags or loose chamomile leaves for 5–7 minutes. Let it cool to room temperature.
  2. Peel your ripe banana and break it into chunks.
  3. Add your cooled chamomile tea, banana chunks, honey, and milk of choice into a blender. Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy.
  4. Taste your smoothie; adjust sweetness or flavor as needed.
  5. Pour your smoothie into a glass and garnish with dried chamomile leaves.
