- 2 handfuls ice cubes
Instructions
- Gather your ingredients.
- Add the almond milk to the blender.
- Toss in the rolled oats.
- Slice the apples and add them to the blender.
- Spoon in the almond butter.
- Add the hemp hearts and chia seeds.
- Drop in the Medjool date.
- Flavor it right with vanilla and cinnamon.
