Ingredients

  • 1.5 cups almond milk
  • 2 large apples, sliced
  • 1/3 cup rolled oats
  • 2 tablespoons almond butter
  • 2 tablespoons hemp hearts
  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 1 Medjool date
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 3/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 2 handfuls ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Gather your ingredients.
  2. Add the almond milk to the blender.
  3. Toss in the rolled oats.
  4. Slice the apples and add them to the blender.
  5. Spoon in the almond butter.
  6. Add the hemp hearts and chia seeds.
  7. Drop in the Medjool date.
  8. Flavor it right with vanilla and cinnamon.
  9. Crush in the ice cubes and blend until smooth.
  10. Taste and adjust sweetness if needed.
  11. Serve in your favorite glass.
