Instructions
- Cook the Pasta: Start by boiling a pot of salted water and cooking your pasta according to the package directions.
- Prepare the Yogurt Sauce: Combine Greek yogurt, grated garlic, lemon juice, and a pinch of salt. Stir and set aside.
- Sauté the Aromatics: In a frying pan over medium heat, melt about 2 tablespoons of butter. Toss in diced onion and sauté until translucent.
- Brown the Beef: Add ground beef, breaking it apart with a wooden spoon. Cook until browned and no longer pink.
- Spice It Up: Stir in sweet paprika, garlic powder, cumin, salt, pepper, and tomato paste. Mix until evenly combined.
