Description

A visually stunning and delicious dessert featuring tangy strawberries and blueberries swirled with creamy vanilla yogurt and fluffy whipped cream, all in a buttery pie crust.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pre-made pie crust
  • 1 cup strawberries, pureed
  • 1 cup blueberries, pureed
  • 1 cup vanilla yogurt
  • 1/2 cup whipped cream
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). If you’re using a store-bought crust, place it in a pie dish and follow the package instructions. For homemade crust, roll it out and fit it into your pie dish, crimping the edges for a polished look. Bake for 10-12 minutes until golden brown, then let it cool completely.
  2. Combine the strawberries and 1 tablespoon of sugar in a blender or food processor. Blend until smooth, then set aside in a bowl. Repeat the process with the blueberries.
  3. Mix the yogurt, remaining sugar, and lemon juice in a mixing bowl, whisk until smooth and creamy.
  4. Fold the whipped cream into the yogurt mixture until fully combined.
  5. Spread half of the yogurt mixture evenly into the cooled pie crust. Drizzle half of the strawberry puree on top, then swirl using a knife or skewer. Repeat with the remaining mixtures.
  6. Refrigerate the pie for at least 2-3 hours or until set.

Notes

Serve with extra whipped cream and fresh seasonal berries. You can adjust the sweetness to taste and experiment with different fruit purees.
