Ingredients
1 low-calorie tortilla (8–10 inch)
2–3 tbsp pizza sauce
¼ cup shredded cheese (mozzarella or your fave mix)
5–6 pepperoni slices
Pickled or fresh jalapeños, to taste
Red pepper flakes, to taste
Italian seasoning, to taste
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
Place tortilla on a baking sheet or pizza stone.
Spread pizza sauce over the tortilla evenly.
