Place fudge-striped cookies upside down on a baking tray or serving plate—striped side facing down.

Pipe a small dab of colored frosting in the center of each cookie.

Press a chocolate kiss onto the frosting to stick.

Add a tiny decorative frosting bow or line around the base of the kiss to look like a hatband.

If using pretzels, place one pretzel twist under the cookie base for extra crunch (optional).
