This Tuscan Garlic Chicken is everything you crave in a comforting skillet meal—juicy seared chicken nestled in a velvety garlic cream sauce with earthy mushrooms and tender kale. Ingredients
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts or thighs
Salt & pepper to taste
2 tbsp olive oil
8 oz mushrooms, sliced
4 cups chopped kale (stems removed)
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup heavy cream
½ cup chicken broth
½ cup grated parmesan cheese
½ tsp Italian seasoning
Optional: red pepper flakes, lemon zest
Instructions
Season chicken with salt and pepper. Sear in olive oil over medium-high heat until golden and cooked through, about 6–7 mins per side. Set aside.
Sauté mushrooms in the same pan until browned (5–6 mins). Add garlic and cook 1 minute.
Add kale, stirring until wilted (2–3 mins).
Pour in cream and broth, then stir in parmesan and Italian seasoning. Simmer until sauce thickens slightly.
Return chicken to skillet, spoon sauce over the top, and simmer 2–3 minutes more.
Serve hot, optionally garnished with lemon zest or red pepper flakes.
