- 1 can of tuna, drained
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1/4 cup shredded cheese (such as cheddar or mozzarella)
- 1 whole wheat wrap or tortilla
- 1/4 cup diced vegetables (such as bell pepper, celery, or onions)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Lettuce or spinach for garnish
Instructions
- Prep your ingredients by draining the can of tuna and placing it in a mixing bowl.
- Mix the tuna mixture with mayonnaise and Dijon mustard, stirring until combined.
- Incorporate the diced vegetables into the tuna mixture.
- Load up that cheese and mix well to combine.
- Prepare the wrap by laying it flat on a plate and spooning the tuna mixture down the center.
- Wrap it up by folding in the sides and rolling tightly from the bottom.
- Toast the wrap in a skillet over medium heat for 2-3 minutes on each side, if desired.
- Slice it diagonally to serve and enjoy!
