Ingredients

1 can of tuna (drained)
1 tbsp mayonnaise
1 tsp mustard (optional for zing)
Salt & pepper to taste
1 small red onion, finely chopped
1 cucumber, sliced into thick rounds
Instructions
In a small bowl, mix tuna with mayo, mustard, salt, and pepper.
Spoon a small scoop of tuna mixture onto each cucumber slice.
Top with a sprinkle of finely chopped red onion.
Serve immediately or chill for later.
