Ingredients
Sweet Potato Base
3 cups mashed sweet potatoes (about 3 large)
1/4 cup brown sugar
2 tablespoons butter, melted
1/4 cup milk or cream
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
Pinch of salt
Streusel Topping
1/3 cup flour
1/3 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup butter, cold and cubed
1/2 cup mini marshmallows
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a small baking dish.
In a bowl, mix mashed sweet potatoes with sugar, butter, milk, cinnamon, and salt. Spread in the dish.
In a separate bowl, combine flour and sugar. Cut in butter until crumbly. Sprinkle over sweet potato layer.
Bake for 20–25 minutes.
Add marshmallows on top and return to oven for 5–10 minutes until golden and bubbly.
Serve warm as a side—or dessert.
