Description

Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh strawberries, sliced
  • 1 cup creamy whipped topping
  • 1 cup crunchy pecans, chopped
  • 1/2 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Prep those strawberries by washing and slicing them into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Add the granulated sugar to the sliced strawberries and allow them to sit for about 10–15 minutes.
  3. Combine the whipped topping and lemon juice in a separate bowl.
  4. Mix the sweetened strawberry mixture with the lemon-infused whipped cream, pecans, and mini marshmallows.
  5. Chill the salad in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.
  6. Serve the chilled salad with extra pecans on top.
