Stacked on soft Hawaiian rolls with layers of savory ham and gooey Swiss cheese, these sliders are brought to life with a zesty Dijon-mayo spread and baked in a rich poppyseed butter sauce. Easy to make, even easier to devour—this is the appetizer your crowd will crave.
Ingredients
12 Hawaiian rolls
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
12 slices deli ham
6–8 slices Swiss cheese
1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, melted
1 tablespoon poppyseeds
1 tablespoon minced onion
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
Slice rolls in half horizontally (keeping them attached). Place bottom halves in the dish.
In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise and Dijon. Spread mixture on cut side of the bottom buns.
Layer ham evenly, followed by Swiss cheese. Place the top halves of rolls back on.
In another bowl, whisk melted butter with poppyseeds, minced onion, Worcestershire sauce, and garlic powder.
Pour or brush the butter mixture evenly over the sliders. Let sit for 10 minutes to soak.
Cover with foil and bake for 15 minutes. Uncover and bake an additional 10 minutes until golden and melty.
Slice and serve warm.
