- 2 large eggs
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- 2 tbsp strawberry jam or strawberry puree
- 1/2 cup white chocolate chips (optional)
- Optional glaze:
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2–3 tbsp milk or lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix strawberry cake mix, eggs, vegetable oil, and strawberry jam until thick and smooth.
- Fold in white chocolate chips if using.
- Spread batter evenly into the prepared pan.
- Bake for 22–28 minutes, until edges are set and center is slightly soft.
- Allow brownies to cool completely in the pan.
- If glazing, whisk powdered sugar, milk or lemon juice, and vanilla. Drizzle over cooled brownies.
- Slice into squares and serve.

- Do not overbake—these brownies should stay soft and fudgy.
