  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/3 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 tbsp strawberry jam or strawberry puree
  • 1/2 cup white chocolate chips (optional)
  • Optional glaze:
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 23 tbsp milk or lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, mix strawberry cake mix, eggs, vegetable oil, and strawberry jam until thick and smooth.
  3. Fold in white chocolate chips if using.
  4. Spread batter evenly into the prepared pan.
  5. Bake for 22–28 minutes, until edges are set and center is slightly soft.
  6. Allow brownies to cool completely in the pan.
  7. If glazing, whisk powdered sugar, milk or lemon juice, and vanilla. Drizzle over cooled brownies.
  8. Slice into squares and serve.
