Instructions

  3. Mash the overripe bananas in a mixing bowl until smooth with some lumps.
  4. Mix in the melted butter, sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract until well blended.
  5. Incorporate the flour, baking soda, and salt, folding gently until just combined.
  6. Transfer the batter to the greased baking dish and spread evenly.
  7. Top with warmed peanut butter, swirling it into the batter.
  8. Bake for about 25-30 minutes or until golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
