Description

Delightful garlic bread bowls filled with creamy spaghetti and marinara sauce, perfect for a cozy dinner.


Ingredients

  • 1 large French baguette
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 46 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • Salt, to taste
  • 8 ounces spaghetti
  • 2 cups marinara sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Prepare the garlic butter mixture by combining butter, garlic, parsley, and salt.
  3. Create your bowls by slicing each baguette and hollowing out the middle.
  4. Spread the garlic butter generously inside and outside of the baguette bowls.
  5. Bake the bread bowls in the oven for 10–15 minutes.
  6. Cook the spaghetti in salted water until al dente, then drain.
  7. Simmer the marinara sauce with Italian seasoning over medium heat for 5 minutes.
  8. Combine the spaghetti and sauce together.
  9. Stuff each garlic bread bowl with the spaghetti mixture.
  10. Add shredded mozzarella cheese on top of each filled bowl.
  11. Bake again for 5–7 minutes until the cheese is bubbly.
  12. Serve and enjoy with extra parsley.

Feel free to modify with your favorite pasta or add proteins like sausage for a heartier meal.
