Ingredients
1 lb ground beef
8 oz macaroni, cooked and drained
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
½ cup BBQ sauce
½ cup sour cream (plus extra for topping)
6 strips bacon, cooked and crumbled
2 scallions, sliced
Instructions
In a large skillet, heat oil and sauté garlic until fragrant. Add ground beef, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook until browned and crumbled.
Stir in BBQ sauce and sour cream until warm and combined.
