Description

This Smoked Sausage & Cheesy Potato Bake is a hearty one-pan meal loaded with tender potatoes, smoky sausage, green beans, crispy bacon, and melted cheddar cheese. Perfect for busy weeknights or cozy family dinners.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb smoked sausage, sliced
  • 2 lbs baby potatoes, quartered
  • 2 cups green beans (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Optional: chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Grease or line a large baking dish.
  2. In a large bowl, toss potatoes with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Spread evenly in the baking dish and roast for 25 minutes.
  3. Remove dish from oven, add sliced sausage and green beans, and stir to combine. Return to oven and bake for another 20–25 minutes until potatoes are tender and sausage is browned.
  4. Sprinkle cooked bacon and shredded cheddar over the top. Bake for 5–10 more minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
  5. Garnish with parsley if desired. Serve warm.

  • Use any smoked sausage—turkey, pork, or beef all work well.
  • Swap green beans for broccoli or bell peppers.
  • Add a pinch of paprika or red pepper flakes for extra flavor.
  • Pre-cook potatoes in the microwave for faster baking.
