- 1 cup Boursin cheese
- 2 cups whole milk
- 2 tablespoons butter

Instructions
- Boil a large pot of salted water over high heat.
- Cook the macaroni according to the package instructions for about 7-8 minutes until al dente.
- Drain the pasta and rinse with cold water, then set aside.

- Add the flour and whisk for about a minute until slightly bubbly.
