Instructions

  1. Preheat the Oven: Start by setting your oven to 325°F (163°C).
  2. Make the Crust: Combine graham cracker crumbs and sugar, then stir in melted butter. Press into a greased 9-inch springform pan.
  3. Bake the Crust: Bake for about 10 minutes until set.
  4. Prepare the Apple Filling: Toss sliced apples with brown sugar and cinnamon and let sit for 10-15 minutes.
  5. Make the Cheesecake Filling: Beat cream cheese and granulated sugar, then add sour cream, vanilla, and eggs one at a time.
