Ingredients

Instructions
- Preheat the Oven: Start by setting your oven to 325°F (163°C).
- Make the Crust: Combine graham cracker crumbs and sugar, then stir in melted butter. Press into a greased 9-inch springform pan.
- Bake the Crust: Bake for about 10 minutes until set.
- Prepare the Apple Filling: Toss sliced apples with brown sugar and cinnamon and let sit for 10-15 minutes.
- Make the Cheesecake Filling: Beat cream cheese and granulated sugar, then add sour cream, vanilla, and eggs one at a time.
- Layer the Apples: Layer half of the apple mixture onto the crust, follow with half of the cheesecake filling, then repeat.
- Bake: Bake for 55-65 minutes until edges are set.
- Make the Salted Caramel: Combine brown sugar and butter over medium heat, add heavy cream, and simmer until thickened.
- Cool and Set: Cool in the oven for 1 hour, then chill in the fridge for at least 4 hours.
