Ingredients
- Fresh Peaches (about 4 large)
- Fresh Raspberries (1 cup)
- Granulated Sugar (¾ cup)
- All-Purpose Flour (1 cup)
- Baking Powder (1 tablespoon)
- Salt (½ teaspoon)
- Milk (½ cup)
- Butter (½ cup, melted)
- Vanilla Extract (1 teaspoon)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Wash and slice your peaches into bite-sized pieces.
- Combine sliced peaches and raspberries in a large bowl.
- Add ¼ cup of sugar and toss to coat the fruit. Allow it to sit for about 10 minutes.
- Whisk together the flour, remaining ½ cup sugar, baking powder, and salt in a separate bowl.
- Create a well in the dry mixture and add the melted butter, milk, and vanilla extract. Stir until just combined.
- Transfer the peach and raspberry mixture to a greased 8×8-inch baking dish. Pour any accumulated juices over the fruit.
- Drop spoonfuls of the cobbler mixture over the fruit.
- Bake for about 30-35 minutes until golden brown and bubbly.
- Cool for about 10 minutes before serving.
