- 1 Cup Chocolate Chips
- 1 Cup Mini Marshmallows
- 8 Graham Crackers (broken into small pieces)
- 1 Teaspoon Food Coloring (orange, optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Beat together the unsalted butter, packed brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add in the pumpkin puree, large egg, and vanilla extract. Beat until well-combined.
- Whisk together the all-purpose flour, baking soda, pumpkin pie spice, and salt in a separate bowl.
- Gradually mix the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients until just combined.
- Fold in the chocolate chips, mini marshmallows, and broken graham crackers.
- Scoop generous portions of the dough onto the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until edges are slightly golden.
- Cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
Notes
For serving, consider drizzling with chocolate sauce and a sprinkle of crushed graham crackers for extra indulgence.
