These Protein Banana Muffins are a healthy and delicious way to start your day or refuel post-workout. Packed with protein and naturally sweetened with bananas, they’re moist, fluffy, and easy to make.


Ingredients

  • 2 ripe bananas, mashed
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup vanilla or unflavored protein powder
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line or grease a muffin tin.
  2. In a large bowl, mash the bananas. Add eggs, Greek yogurt, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla extract. Mix well.
  3. Stir in the oats, protein powder, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt until fully combined.
  4. Divide the batter evenly into the muffin tin.
  5. Bake for 18–22 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  6. Let muffins cool in the tin for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
