Ingredients
1½ cups chocolate mousse or chocolate pudding
1 cup whipped cream (homemade or store-bought)
¼ tsp peppermint extract (mixed into mousse or cream, optional)
¼ cup crushed peppermint candies
Chocolate-covered espresso beans (for topping)
Optional: chocolate shavings or cocoa powder for garnish
Instructions
Prepare mousse or pudding according to package or recipe. Stir in peppermint extract if using.
Crush peppermint candies in a zip-top bag with a rolling pin.
Layer in mini glasses: Start with chocolate mousse, followed by a spoonful of whipped cream and a sprinkle of crushed peppermint. Repeat layers.
