These Peanut Butter Protein Snack Bites are the ultimate no-bake treat—soft, chewy, and packed with flavor, protein, and just the right amount of crunch. Perfect for meal prep, post-gym snacks, or lunchbox treats. We’re doubling the batch and adding a few fun, feel-good upgrades like ground flax and cinnamon for a little extra nutrition and spice.
Ingredients
2 cups smooth natural peanut butter
⅔ cup vanilla-flavored protein powder
1 cup rolled oats
2 tbsp chia seeds
4 tbsp honey
2 tsp vanilla extract
½ tsp salt
½ cup mini chocolate chips
½ cup mini candies (like M&Ms)
Optional: 2 tbsp ground flaxseed (for fiber + omega-3s)
Optional: ½ tsp cinnamon (adds warmth)
2–4 tsp water (only if needed for consistency)
Instructions
In a large bowl, mix peanut butter, honey, vanilla extract, and salt until smooth.
Stir in protein powder, oats, chia seeds, flaxseed (if using), and cinnamon. Mix until combined.
Fold in mini chocolate chips and candies.
If the mixture is too thick or dry, add water 1 teaspoon at a time until it holds together.
Roll into 1-inch balls and place on a lined tray.
Chill in the fridge for 20–30 minutes to firm up.
Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week.
