Instructions

  2. Prepare a muffin tin with paper liners or cooking spray.
  3. Mix the rolled oats and chopped nuts or seeds in a mixing bowl.
  4. Combine peanut butter, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla extract in a separate bowl until smooth.
