Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup old-fashioned rolled oats
  • ½ cup creamy peanut butter
  • ¼ cup honey or maple syrup
  • ¼ cup ground flaxseed or chia seeds
  • ¼ cup mini chocolate chips or raisins
  • ¼ cup crushed pretzels or crispy rice cereal

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix together oats, flaxseed, crushed pretzels (or cereal), and chocolate chips.
  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, warm peanut butter and honey for 20–30 seconds until smooth.
  3. Add vanilla extract to the peanut butter mixture and stir to combine.
  4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until fully combined.
