- 3 Ripe Peaches, sliced
- 4 cups Juicy Watermelon, cubed
- 1/4 cup Fresh Mint, chopped
- 1 Citrus (Lemon or Lime), juiced
- 1–2 tbsp Honey (optional)
- Salt, to taste
Instructions
- Wash and slice the peaches, removing the pit and cutting into wedges.
- Cut the watermelon in half and scoop out or cube.
- Chop the fresh mint leaves.
- Mix together the peaches, watermelon, and mint in a bowl.
- Squeeze the citrus juice over the salad.
- Drizzle with honey and sprinkle with salt.
- Chill for 30 minutes before serving if desired.
Notes
For a gourmet touch, consider adding balsamic glaze, feta cheese, or grilled peaches.
