Ingredients

  • 3 Ripe Peaches, sliced
  • 4 cups Juicy Watermelon, cubed
  • 1/4 cup Fresh Mint, chopped
  • 1 Citrus (Lemon or Lime), juiced
  • 12 tbsp Honey (optional)
  • Salt, to taste

Instructions

  1. Wash and slice the peaches, removing the pit and cutting into wedges.
  2. Cut the watermelon in half and scoop out or cube.
  3. Chop the fresh mint leaves.
  4. Mix together the peaches, watermelon, and mint in a bowl.
  5. Squeeze the citrus juice over the salad.
  6. Drizzle with honey and sprinkle with salt.
  7. Chill for 30 minutes before serving if desired.

Notes

For a gourmet touch, consider adding balsamic glaze, feta cheese, or grilled peaches.
