Description

A vibrant and flavorful summer salad featuring ripe peaches, creamy burrata, and peppery arugula.


Ingredients

  • 2 ripe peaches, sliced
  • 8 oz burrata cheese
  • 4 cups arugula
  • ½ cup sliced almonds
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic glaze
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Prep your ingredients: wash the peaches, slice them into wedges, and place on a platter.
  2. Add the arugula around the edges of the peach wedges.
  3. Plop on the burrata by gently tearing it into sections and placing it throughout the salad.
  4. Finish with the sliced almonds on top.
  5. Drizzle with balsamic glaze across the salad.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to enhance the flavors.

Notes

For a twist, add grilled chicken or swap out balsamic glaze for a honey mustard vinaigrette.
