- 2 ripe peaches, sliced
- 8 oz burrata cheese
- 4 cups arugula
- ½ cup sliced almonds
- 2 tablespoons balsamic glaze
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Prep your ingredients: wash the peaches, slice them into wedges, and place on a platter.
- Add the arugula around the edges of the peach wedges.
- Plop on the burrata by gently tearing it into sections and placing it throughout the salad.
- Finish with the sliced almonds on top.
- Drizzle with balsamic glaze across the salad.
- Season with salt and pepper to enhance the flavors.
Notes
For a twist, add grilled chicken or swap out balsamic glaze for a honey mustard vinaigrette.
