Description

Easy and delightful no-bake cheesecake cups featuring a rich cream cheese filling layered with crushed Oreos.


Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups Oreos, crushed
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Mini Oreos for garnish
  • 4 tbsp melted butter

Instructions

  1. Prep the Oreos by crushing them in a bag or food processor until fine.
  2. Make the crust by mixing crushed Oreos with melted butter until combined.
  3. Press the crust mixture into the bottoms of serving cups.
  4. Prepare the cream cheese filling by blending softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  5. In another bowl, whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  6. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.
  7. Spoon the cheesecake filling over the crust layer in the cups.
  8. Chill in the fridge for at least 3-4 hours or overnight.
  9. Garnish with mini Oreos before serving.
