- 1 ½ cups Oreos, crushed
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- ½ cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Mini Oreos for garnish
- 4 tbsp melted butter
Instructions
- Prep the Oreos by crushing them in a bag or food processor until fine.
- Make the crust by mixing crushed Oreos with melted butter until combined.
- Press the crust mixture into the bottoms of serving cups.
- Prepare the cream cheese filling by blending softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
- In another bowl, whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
- Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.
- Spoon the cheesecake filling over the crust layer in the cups.
- Chill in the fridge for at least 3-4 hours or overnight.
- Garnish with mini Oreos before serving.

For variations, consider adding peanut butter, mint extract, or layers of fresh berries.
