Everything cooks in one pot (yes, even the pasta!), making it perfect for busy weeknights when you want something comforting without the pile of dishes.
Ingredients
1 tbsp olive oil
14 oz kielbasa, sliced into rounds
1 small onion, diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
3 cups chicken broth
1 ½ cups heavy cream (or half and half)
12 oz short pasta (penne, rotini, etc.)
1 tsp paprika
Salt & pepper to taste
1 ½ cups shredded cheddar or mozzarella cheese
Optional: chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add kielbasa and sear until browned.
Stir in onion and garlic, cooking until soft and fragrant.
Pour in broth, cream, and paprika. Bring to a simmer.
Add pasta, stir, and cook uncovered for 12–15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until pasta is tender and sauce thickens.
Turn off heat, stir in cheese until melted and creamy. Adjust seasoning to taste.
Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm.
