One Pot Creamy Garlic Pasta

Description

A comforting and creamy pasta dish with fresh garlic, perfect for busy weeknights.


Ingredients

  • Pasta (fettuccine, penne, or favorite shape)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 810 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 4 cups chicken or vegetable broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Red pepper flakes, optional

Instructions

  1. In a large pot or deep skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté minced garlic for about 1 minute.
  2. Pour in chicken or vegetable broth and bring to a boil.
  3. Add the pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente, stirring frequently.
  4. Reduce heat to low and gradually stir in heavy cream.
  5. Fold in grated Parmesan cheese until melted.
  6. Add fresh spinach and stir until wilted.
  7. Season with salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes to taste.
  8. Serve in bowls and top with extra Parmesan if desired.

Notes

For a lighter version, substitute half-and-half or coconut cream for heavy cream. Feel free to add proteins or extra vegetables for variations.
