Description

Fudgy, fueling, and delicious no‑bake protein brownie bites — a satisfying treat that’s packed with protein and ready in minutes.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 ½ cups rolled oats (or oat flour)
  • ½ cup chocolate protein powder
  • ¼ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ½ cup almond butter (or peanut butter)
  • ¼ cup honey or maple syrup
  • 23 tbsp milk of choice (dairy or plant‑based)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Optional mix‑ins: 2 tbsp mini chocolate chips, chopped nuts, chia seeds

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine rolled oats (or oat flour), chocolate protein powder, cocoa powder, and salt.
  2. Add almond butter, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract; stir until a thick, crumbly dough forms.
  3. Add milk one tablespoon at a time and mix until the mixture becomes sticky and holds together.
  4. Fold in optional mix‑ins like mini chocolate chips or chia seeds if desired.
  5. Scoop and roll the mixture into 1‑inch balls using your hands or a small scoop.
  6. Place the brownie bites on a parchment‑lined tray and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
  7. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to one week or in the freezer for up to two months.

Notes

  • For nut‑free, use sunflower seed butter instead of almond butter.
  • Add a pinch of sea salt on top of each bite for a salted fudge flavor.
  • Rolling the bites in shredded coconut or extra cocoa powder adds extra texture.
  • Adjust sweetness to taste by adding more or less honey/maple syrup.
