Ingredients
1 cup rolled oats
½ cup almond butter
½ cup protein powder (vanilla or chocolate)
2 tbsp honey or maple syrup
½ tsp peppermint extract
¼ cup mini chocolate chips
Instructions
In a large bowl, mix oats, protein powder, and almond butter.
Add in honey (or syrup) and peppermint extract, stirring until well combined.
Fold in mini chocolate chips.
Roll the mixture into 1-inch balls.
