Ingredients
Burgers:
2 lbs ground beef, chicken, or turkey
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
2 tsp onion powder
½ cup mayonnaise
2 tbsp ketchup
2 tbsp finely chopped dill pickles
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1–2 tbsp hot sauce (to taste)
1 clove garlic, chopped
2 tsp garlic powder
2 tsp smoked paprika
Salt & black pepper, to taste
Sliders:
12 slider buns, halved and toasted
24 slices cheddar cheese
24 dill pickle chips
24 slices plum tomatoes
24 small lettuce leaves
Special Sauce:
Instructions
Make the patties: Mix meat with Worcestershire, spices, salt, and pepper. Form into 24 small patties.
Cook the patties in a skillet or grill until golden and cooked through. Top with cheese slices in the last minute of cooking to melt.
Mix special sauce: Combine all sauce ingredients in a bowl. Stir well.
Assemble sliders: Spread sauce on toasted buns. Add lettuce, tomato, cheesy patty, and pickle. Top with bun.
Serve warm—with napkins, they’ll go fast!
