Ingredients
1 lb chicken breast or thighs, grilled or pan-cooked and sliced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp olive oil
1/2 tsp oregano
Salt & pepper to taste
Wrap Fillings:
4 large wraps or flatbreads (whole wheat or low-carb)
1/2 cup cucumber, diced
1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
1/2 cup tzatziki sauce
Optional: fresh spinach, olives, lemon wedges
Instructions
Season chicken with garlic, olive oil, oregano, salt, and pepper. Cook until golden and cooked through; slice.
