- 1 cup breadcrumbs (Panko or regular)
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup fresh pineapple, diced
- ½ cup sweet chili sauce

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Prepare the chicken by seasoning it with salt, pepper, and garlic powder, and pound to even thickness.
