- 4 Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts
- 2 Limes (juiced)
- 1 tablespoon Chili Powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1/4 teaspoon Salt
- 1 Avocado (sliced)
- 1/4 cup Fresh Cilantro (chopped)
- Olive Oil
Instructions
- Marinate the chicken by combining lime juice, chili powder, garlic powder, salt, and olive oil in a bowl. Coat the chicken and let it sit in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.
- Heat your grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
- Cook the chicken on the grill for 6-7 minutes on one side, flip, and cook for another 6-7 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Prepare the toppings by slicing the avocado and chopping the cilantro.
- Plate the chicken with avocado slices and cilantro on top, with an extra drizzle of lime juice.
Notes
For a complete meal, serve with rice, salad, or grilled veggies. Leftovers can be used in salads or tacos.
