- 12 ounces Bucatini Pasta
- 4 tablespoons Butter
- 1 Lemon (Zest and Juice)
- 1/4 cup Fresh Dill (chopped)

Instructions
- Boil the Pasta: Bring a large pot of salted water to a rolling boil. Add the bucatini and cook according to package instructions until al dente, about 9-11 minutes. Reserve about a cup of pasta water before draining.
- Make the Lemon Butter Sauce: In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the lemon zest and let it infuse for a minute.
- Add the Lemon Juice: Squeeze in the juice of the lemon, stir to combine and let it simmer gently.
- Combine Pasta and Sauce: After draining the pasta, toss it into the skillet with the lemon butter sauce, adding reserved pasta water as needed for desired consistency.
- Finish with Fresh Dill and Seasoning: Mix in the chopped dill and season to taste with salt.
Notes
For variations, add grilled protein, sautéed veggies, cream for richness, or nuts for crunch. Can easily be made vegan by substituting butter with olive oil.
