- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup pepperoni slices
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/2 cup marinara sauce (for dipping)
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Olive oil (for brushing)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Melt your cheese in a microwave-safe bowl for 30 seconds, stir, then heat for another 30 seconds until fully melted.
- Form the dough by mixing in Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper until combined.
- Roll it out into a rectangle between two pieces of parchment paper, about ¼ inch thick.
- Layer with pepperoni slices, leaving space around the edges.
- Roll the cheese tightly into a log shape using the parchment paper.
- Slice into 1-inch thick pieces and place cut-side up on a baking sheet.
- Brush the tops with olive oil for browning.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
- Serve hot with marinara sauce for dipping.
Notes
Feel free to add veggies or swap pepperoni for other meats. You can pre-make the roll-ups and refrigerate before baking.
