Delicious low-carb Greek meatballs packed with flavor, perfect for any occasion.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 lb Ground Beef or Lamb
- 1/2 cup Almond Flour
- 1/4 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
- 1 Large Egg
- 2 Cloves Garlic, Minced
- 1 teaspoon Dried Oregano
- 1 teaspoon Dried Basil
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
- 1/4 teaspoon Black Pepper
- 1/4 cup Fresh Parsley, Chopped
- 1/4 cup Onion, Finely Chopped
Instructions
- Start by gathering all your ingredients and prepping them. Mince the garlic, chop the parsley and onion, and have your ground meat ready.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef or lamb, almond flour, grated Parmesan, minced garlic, oregano, basil, salt, black pepper, chopped parsley, and onion. Crack that large egg in there too!
- Using your hands, scoop about 1.5 tablespoons of the mixture and roll it into balls.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and add a drizzle of olive oil. Once hot, place your meatballs in the pan.
- Cook the meatballs for about 4-5 minutes per side, or until they are beautifully browned and cooked through.
- Once they’re cooked, remove the Keftedes from the skillet and let them rest for a few minutes.
Notes
