Ingredients
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1 cup sugar-free BBQ sauce
2 tbsp ranch dressing seasoning
½ tsp salt
¼ tsp black pepper
2 lbs cooked boneless skinless chicken (cubed or shredded)
8 slices cooked bacon, chopped
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
Chopped green onions (for garnish)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a 9×13″ baking dish.
In a large bowl, mix cream cheese, BBQ sauce, ranch seasoning, salt, and pepper until smooth.
Stir in cooked chicken and chopped bacon until evenly coated.
Transfer to the baking dish and top with cheddar and Monterey Jack cheeses.
Bake for 20–25 minutes, until bubbly and golden.
Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
