  • 1/2 cup chopped apples

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix dry ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, combine almond flour, erythritol, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
  3. Incorporate wet ingredients: In a separate bowl, whisk eggs and mix in applesauce and vanilla extract.
  4. Combine mixtures: Gradually pour wet ingredients into the dry mixture and stir gently.
  5. Fold in the chopped apples until distributed throughout the dough.
  6. Scoop dough onto a lined baking sheet, leaving space between each cookie.
  7. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until edges are golden brown and centers are set.
