Ingredients
1 cup sugar
½ cup flour
1 stick (½ cup) butter, melted
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 cup chopped pecans
1 cup chocolate chips
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 unbaked 9-inch pie shell
Instructions
Preheat oven to 320°F (160°C).
In a bowl, mix sugar and flour.
Stir in melted butter and beaten eggs until well combined.
Fold in pecans, chocolate chips, and vanilla.
Pour mixture into the unbaked pie shell.
Bake for 40–45 minutes, or until golden brown and the center is set.
Cool slightly before serving—best enjoyed warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
