- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, garlic, soy sauce, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, honey, smoked paprika, thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper.
- Place turkey tenderloins in a resealable bag or shallow dish and pour marinade over them. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes (up to overnight for best flavor).
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking dish with foil or parchment paper.
- Remove tenderloins from marinade and place in the dish. Discard leftover marinade.
- Bake uncovered for 25–35 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Remove from oven, tent loosely with foil, and let rest for 5–10 minutes before slicing.
- Serve with roasted vegetables, mashed potatoes, or a fresh salad.
