Description

Ingredients

  • Mixed Greens (baby spinach, arugula, butter lettuce)
  • Crisp Celery
  • Juicy Granny Smith Apples
  • Dried Cranberries
  • Toasted Walnuts
  • Crumbled Feta Cheese
  • Olive Oil
  • Apple Cider Vinegar
  • Maple Syrup

Instructions

  1. Gather all your ingredients.
  2. Finely slice the celery and core and dice your apples into bite-sized chunks.
  3. Toast the walnuts in a medium skillet over medium heat for 3–5 minutes until fragrant.
  4. In a mixing bowl, whisk together olive oil, apple cider vinegar, and maple syrup to create the dressing.
  5. Combine the mixed greens, chopped celery, diced apples, toasted walnuts, dried cranberries, and crumbled feta in a large bowl.
  6. Drizzle the dressing over the salad just before serving and toss lightly to combine.
  7. Transfer to a serving platter and enjoy!
