- Crisp Celery
- Juicy Granny Smith Apples
- Dried Cranberries
- Toasted Walnuts
- Crumbled Feta Cheese

- Apple Cider Vinegar
- Maple Syrup
Instructions
- Gather all your ingredients.
- Finely slice the celery and core and dice your apples into bite-sized chunks.
- Toast the walnuts in a medium skillet over medium heat for 3–5 minutes until fragrant.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together olive oil, apple cider vinegar, and maple syrup to create the dressing.
- Combine the mixed greens, chopped celery, diced apples, toasted walnuts, dried cranberries, and crumbled feta in a large bowl.
- Drizzle the dressing over the salad just before serving and toss lightly to combine.
