- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 1/2 cup Rolled Oats or Almond Flour
- 1/4 cup Mini Chocolate Chips
- Pinch of Salt
Instructions
- Gather your ingredients: Set everything out on your kitchen counter.
- Mix the base: In a bowl, combine Greek yogurt and nut butter until smooth.
- Add the sweetness: Drizzle in maple syrup and vanilla, then mix until well combined.
- Stir in protein powder: Add your protein powder and mix until there are no dry spots.
- Choose your base: Fold in either rolled oats or almond flour.
- Chocolate bliss: Fold in mini chocolate chips.
- Scoop it out: Prepare a muffin tin and scoop mixture into cups.
- Chill and set: Refrigerate for at least 1-2 hours or freeze for 30 minutes.
