  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1/2 cup Rolled Oats or Almond Flour
  • 1/4 cup Mini Chocolate Chips
  • Pinch of Salt

Instructions

  1. Gather your ingredients: Set everything out on your kitchen counter.
  2. Mix the base: In a bowl, combine Greek yogurt and nut butter until smooth.
  3. Add the sweetness: Drizzle in maple syrup and vanilla, then mix until well combined.
  4. Stir in protein powder: Add your protein powder and mix until there are no dry spots.
  5. Choose your base: Fold in either rolled oats or almond flour.
  6. Chocolate bliss: Fold in mini chocolate chips.
  7. Scoop it out: Prepare a muffin tin and scoop mixture into cups.
  8. Chill and set: Refrigerate for at least 1-2 hours or freeze for 30 minutes.
